Arven Restaurant at Fretheim Hotel, the exclusive hotel in Flåm, offers both a fine dining a-la-carte menu with local produce and great buffets where most of the food are from the fjords and local farms in the area. The first part of the hotel was built in the 1870´s and on special occations it is possible to have a private dinner in this historic part of the hotel where the skills of the chefs really shines.
