Flåm Zipline and Viewpoint is the newest attraction for visitors to Flåm. With its 1381 meters, it is the longest zipline in the Nordic Region and offers a spectacular view of the Flåm Valley. The starting point is at Vatnahalsen, almost at the top of the Flåm Valley. For visitors and cruise tourists arriving in Flåm, it can be reached by the Flåm Railway. Get off at Vatnahalsen, the second last stop from Flåm, just by Vatnahalsen Hotel and walk for a couple of minutes over to the Zipline.

After the short walk, you can spot the zipline. Follow the signs to the starting point. Here you can buy or pay your preordered tickets and enjoy the magnificent view from the viewing platform, while you wait for your turn to gear up. The personnel checks that everything is in order due to their safety rules. Then you are ready to fly away Fråm Zipline facts: • Lenght: 1381 meters • Altitude: 305 meters • Max speed: 100 km/h The zipline ends in Kardalen, by the Rallarrosa Mountain Farm. You can here be picked up by an ATV or minibus and transported back to Flåm, or rent a bike and drive down the beautiful Flåm Valley (about 15 km, mostly downhill). We recommend to bookthe whole trip (Train + zipline + transport back) in advance. If you have booked bikes, they will be waiting for you at the mountain farm. Remember to bring some food with you and have lunch somewhere along the way and make it a day to remember Note that the harness is fixed towards the valley, so you can’t rotate or turn upside down. This makes it safe for people of all ages and just an awesome experience.
